We started out selling on Etsy in 2016, making handmade wood signs, custom storage items, and other handmade wooden products.
In November of 2017 we launched our initial apparel line which consisted of C.C Beanies, shirts and sweatshirts.
About halfway through 2018 we removed all wood signs and products from our shop and began to focus solely on apparel. Shortly after, in July of 2018 we officially launched our website, DesignCreateLove.com and began to focus our efforts there. In August of 2018, we officially removed all products from our Etsy store and dedicated our time 100% to our website.
In April of 2021 we officially rebranded our business to Wyoming Vibes Apparel, with a new website, www.WyomingVibes.com.
Since our launch in 2016, our passion has been entirely on our customers happiness and satisfaction. The products we make are a reflection of that passion. We do not sell low quality, cheaply made products. We only sell quality products that we would want to wear ourselves. Further, with a focus on our customer, we do not put our efforts entirely into generating sales, instead we focus on making sure each and every customer is taken care of, from the very first visit, until the product arrives in your hands. If there are any issues at all, we want to do everything we can to ensure they are resolved, quickly and completely. If for any reason we do not earn a 5 star review, we will do everything in our power to make it right, every customer, every time! We believe this approach will ultimately lead to repeat customers, and raving referrals. This is why our customers love us, and we love our customers!
Turn-around time: We make custom products, and every item is made to order. We do our absolute best to ship each item within 5 days, however, we do not have a guaranteed turn-around. If you need an item on a certain deadline, please reach out to us before placing your order. In most cases we can accommodate special requests and will always do our best to help get your items to you before you need them!
Shipping: We offer a variety of shipping options to meet the demands of our customers. Everything from standard Priority Mail, to UPS Next Day Air. We package each product with care, and do not cut corners. All shipping costs are calculated directly from the shipping vendor based on weight and product dimensions, and are the most economical options we have available.
Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. If you don't like the way the item fits, don't like the color, don't like the design? No problem. We ask the buyer to cover the cost to return the item, unless the item is damaged, in which case we will request reimbursement from the carrier who damaged the item, or the supplier if the item was damaged from the factory. If you are exchanging the product, we will cover the cost to send the exchanged item back to you.
